Located on the greenbelt, the design goal of The Kendrick was to capitalize on the abundance of natural light from the windows in the space and bring the outside in. When future residents enter the space, they are immediately greeted with a custom greenery wall that captures the warmth, vibrance, and tranquility of the space.
Custom leasing desk with custom lighting design and greenery wall. With the help of local vendors, a plain cement wall is transformed into an eye-catching feature wall for the client, vendors, and future residents to be proud of.
